Demand Driven MRP has become increasingly important over the past 5 years. The DDPP program (Demand Driven Planner Professional) created by the Demand Driven Institute (DDI), as early as 2012, was mentioned in 2014 by the Market Guide for Supply Chain Planning Certification Programs of GARTNER among the 10 important global certifications in the Planning area.

 

DDMRP is a planning and execution method aimed at correcting the inadequacies of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP), in the current volatile and complex VUCA supply and production scenarios.
