Lean Manufacturing Yellow Belt certification passes on to participants the basic principles of Lean Thinking and Lean and also outlines the essential tools and practices to apply them within an organization to improve Customer satisfaction, increase the efficiency of service and reduce waste.

The Yellow Belt programme is therefore designed to impart a basic knowledge of Lean for the purpose of supporting an organization before and after it changes, and to make the benefits of the implementation of Lean sustainable.

It is a useful tool to approach Lean philosophy gradually. The subsequent Levels of Lean competence are Green Belt, Black Belt and Champion.

The course is available as both inter-company and In-house.

 

EXAMS

The exam is endorsed by IIBLC® and is made up of multiple choice questions. The candidate has 3 hours to complete the exam. A score of 70% is needed to pass the exam. The exam is carried out in English.

    COURSE STRUCTURE

     

    The course is divided into:

    • a classroom training phase
    • a final exam consisting of multiple choice questions in Italian

    As well as the teaching of theory, during the course there will be practical exercises in order to allow the immediate verification and application of Lean concepts introduced in the classroom.

    The teaching is entrusted to a Senior Champion certified Consultant: this ensures an extremely practical approach aimed at the result.
