SPECIALISED TRAINING IN PURCHASING

An international company with a strong presence in telecommunications and industrial application asked Advance School to plan a development path for Purchasing Skills within its organization.

The projects consists of a first stage of assessment and gap analysis to identify the real and specific training needs of the individual buyers and the team and then to plan a specific development path. Lessons and information have been prepared on techniques and tools of procurement management typical of that industrial sector and enriched with classroom debates and exercises. In addition, strategic and organizational themes have been discussed for the purpose of supplying the team not only operational training, but also managerial training.
