The training is divided into:

  1. Theoretical Part that prepares the candidate for the theoretical exam: this part ends with the discussion of a simulated exam before the IIBLC® Black Belt Exam.

  1. Practical Part dedicated to the project to be presented to the IIBLC® committee to achieve the certification. This phase includes a project setup session for all the participants; followed by two individual sessions to check the progress of the project.

The aim of the course is to prepare the participant to become a leader of an improvement team by learning the following tools, techniques of Lean and introduction to Human Skills:

  • Transfer knowledge of Lean strategy tools and techniques
  • Provide the necessary knowledge for the transition from a "Current state" to a "Future state" of improvement projects in different production and service environments
  • Provide a hands-on approach to successfully execute a Lean implementation, managing the necessary cultural and organizational changes
  • Through the examination and discussion of a specific project proposed by the participant, he will be guided in the implementation, accelerating the learning and acquisition of Project Leader skills
