Master Demand Driven Implementer - LUXURY & FASHION
Companies increasingly need to innovate their own operating models and adopt best practices in order to be successful on the market, improve their customer service and increase their EBITDA.
Advance School, supported by its international network of partners, has devised a unique Master’s programme for the Luxury & Fashion industry based on Demand Driven principles which focus on a Train for Performance (t4P) approach, designed to speed up the transition from putting knowledge into expert practice.
In fact the programme not only teaches participants about Demand Driven Best Practices through the DDPP (Demand Driven Professional Planner) certification programme of the Demand Driven Institute, but also supports them in creating specific operating Business Cases for the Luxury & Fashion industry, where they can put the knowledge they have gained to the test and rapidly create value for their company, accelerating the return on the investment made in their training.
Participants can set up their own Business Cases based on scenarios proposed by the course but also on their own company context, generating immediate benefits for their own organisation.
Business Cases comprise 3 stages:
- Learning to see: knowledge is transferred to processes, metrics and KPIs to assess company gaps in relation to Demand Driven principles.
- Playing the game: Demand Driven principles are planned within an industrial network, a single production site or organisational area.
- Imagining the transition: the constraints and barriers to implementing and defining a plan for transition to Demand Driven principles are identified.
At the end of the course, participants will receive the Advance School Demand Driven Implementer - Luxury & Fashion Master certificate on their use of Demand Driven principles for real-case scenarios in the Luxury & Fashion industry.
